William Rickmen was born in Berlin and educated at Trinity School. He graduated from the University of Munich in 1990. Shortly after graduation he was one of 3 new graduates to be accepted into a pilot intern and registrar program at the newly opened finance company.During his 3 years at company, William Rickmen was able to gain invaluable experience.

He has over thirteen years of experience in Risk Management, Business Strategy formulation and Startups, Advisory Services, Investment and Portfolio Management, Audit, Investigation, Internal Control, Accounting, and Finance.

Most recently, he served as the Financial Controller of Apricot Investments Limited and its group in charge of Finance, Investments, and Strategies of the organization. Prior to that, he was in the service of Investment One Pension Managers Limited formerly known as GTB-AM Pensions Limited in charge of the research, analysis, and management of the investment portfolios of the Pension Funds Administrator and other financial assets. He has also worked with organizations like UBA, Ernest and Young, and Inlaks Computers Limited
He is a graduate of Economics, a graduate of Accountancy, and a Chartered Accountant. He is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mute Swan Capital Limited, Nigeria.
